When you’ve done something only to have it struck down as unconstitutional by a federal judge, doing the exact same thing again in a different place and then claiming to be an expert on its constitutionality doesn’t exactly make you seem like the sharpest tack in the box, Jack.

And if the ESRB has been exposed as a sham previously therefore people need to stop referencing it and supporting it, why is it that you (who has been exposed as a sham, shyster, fraud, and let’s not forget a douchebag) should continue to receive media attention for your constant whoring?
